The Sudan Pride Project is led by the Sudan Pride Committee, originally a subcommittee of the Sudan Economic Development Board. The Sudan Pride Committee has been charged with overseeing and developing the Sudan Pride Project; which, is to develop residential housing units and residential housing lots in the Sudan area. Currently, the specific focus of the project is to aid developer Kent Gabel (of Sudan) in marketing 22 two-acre lots along the West side of HWY 303 going South out of Sudan. This development is known as Deer Lake Estates.
